The English version of this privacy policy shall prevail in case of any discrepancies with other language versions.

We are fully committed to data security and privacy. Highlights about our privacy practice:

• We don’t track your usage of the app, there are no cookies, advertisements, or analytics.
• We design our app can be used anonymously, we do not ask any email, phone or personal information to use our app.
• We do not (and will never) sell or share any of the data submitted directly or indirectly by our users with any person or entity.

It is our primary goal to store only the absolute minimum of information for the shortest possible time (“Privacy by design”).

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized data access and misuse.

The processing and protection of data is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

General Information

The EasyEUICC app (hereinafter referred to as EasyEUICC) allows you to download eSIM profiles and add them to EasyEUICC-compatible cards ¹. It also allows enabling, disabling, and removing profiles from EasyEUICC-compatible cards.

The EasyEUICC was developed to work on device only and does not contain any server-side components. EasyEUICC is designed to be used without providing any personal data.

Purpose of Data Processing

EasyEUICC does not have any server to collect any data.

EasyEUICC accesses EasyEUICC-compatible cards locally on the device to manage eSIM profiles in them via the following ways:

1. OMAPI (Open Mobile API). ²
2. USB smart card readers compliant with ISO/IEC 7816 standard.

Scope and Duration of Data Processing

Personal Data

No personal data is collected by the EasyEUICC or sent to us in any way.

Usage Data

No usage data is collected from EasyEUICC.

Crash Reports

EasyEUICC processes crash reports and presents them to the user immediately, but does not send them to us in any way.

Data Processed by Third Parties

EasyEUICC does not send any of your data to us in any way.

However, when you download an eSIM profile, the app sends the eSIM profile details to the respective eSIM provider ³ in order to obtain the profile and write it to your EasyEUICC-compatible card.

This communication is necessary for the core functionality of downloading and installing eSIM profiles.

The data shared with eSIM providers is subject to their respective privacy policies, which are independent of this policy.

EasyEUICC is completely free of advertising and does not use analytics software to monitor user behavior.

Right to Information, Correction and Deletion

EasyEUICC stores your data on your device only. You have the right to check information about your personal data stored by EasyEUICC at any time.

Likewise, you have the right to delete your personal data. You can remove all data associated with your EasyEUICC by simply uninstalling the app.

However, eSIM profiles are stored on your EasyEUICC-compatible cards. Uninstalling the app does not delete eSIM profiles on your EasyEUICC-compatible cards.
